Elementary Device Distribution

Elementary Device Distribution
Posted on 08/22/2020
The district’s 1:1 technology initiative will be expanding to elementary this year to help support the hybrid learning environment. All K-6 grade students will be issued a device, while all 7-12 students will continue with their current 1:1 MacBooks. K-1 students will receive iPads, and grades 2-6 will receive MacBooks to use at school and at home.

Students must be enrolled in PowerSchool and tech fees must be paid before devices can be sent home with students, per our 1:1 device distribution requirements. Schools are planning to distribute devices on the first days of on-site school in elementary buildings (Monday for Family Choice Remote Learning students). Please be sure your tech fees are paid so we can send devices home.

The elementary tech fee is $25 ($10 for reduced lunch status, FREE for free lunch status. A consent for disclosure form must be completed along with the free and reduced application in order to reduce school fees).

Please follow the instructions below to pay your tech fees.
  1. Apply for free or reduced lunch status (optional)
  2. Complete and turn in a consent for disclosure form (optional)
  3. Wait 24 business hours for fee adjustments, then go online and pay tech fees
