Please Note: Online enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year is open and will remain open until school begins.

USD 345 online enrollment for the 2021-22 school year opens on July 7, 2021. Parents/Guardians will receive an email with an invitation to enroll by noon on July 7. Parents/Guardians can also log into PowerSchool and click on the “2021-2022 Student Registration” tab to begin enrolling. Online enrollment is required. If you have any questions or problems during the online enrollment process, please contact our technology department at 785-286-8483, M-F from 7:30 am-3:30 pm.

New 2021-2022 Eligibility for Free or Reduced School Fees: All students will be automatically eligible for free breakfast and lunch meals for the 2021-2022 school year; therefore, free and reduced applications will not be available. In order to qualify for free or reduced school fees, parents will need to fill out the new KSDE Household Economic Survey during online enrollment to determine eligibility. Total income entered in this survey will determine your eligibility for free or reduced school fees. The new KSDE Household Economic Survey will ensure the district receives state funding based on our population of students served so thank you for helping the district receive the funding in which it is entitled. Verification of income could be requested at a later date. Families who participate in SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR assistance programs will be eligible for free-status school fees upon receipt of a Consent for Disclosure form which will be mailed from our food service department. If you qualify for free or reduced school fees, your fees will be adjusted at a later date after reviewing income data. School fees are not required at the time of enrollment and may be paid at a later date.

Laptops and staff will be available at Seaman Middle School on July 27 from 3:00-7:00 pm during our Walk-In Enrollment event if you need assistance with online enrollment. Middle and high school counselors will also be available during this time to assist with schedule changes. If you have completed online enrollment and do not require any assistance from other departments (transportation, food service, health service, etc) you do not need to attend our Walk-In Enrollment event.

Thank you for taking time to read through this important information regarding online enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. We look forward to another year of Learning Without Limits!
