COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Seaman School District will be hosting a KDHE Vaccination Clinic at Logan Elementary School on February 10, 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Come by and get your first dose, second dose, or booster at no cost with no appointments needed. Parental consent is required for those under the age of 18. Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available. Click here for COVID-19 Vaccine information.

Test to Lean/Test to Play will still be available as an option to continue attending school and activities for students and staff who remain asymptomatic after a close contact and are unvaccinated.

Seaman School District hosted a KDHE Vaccination Clinic at Logan Elementary School on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

On Wednesday, September 22, the middle and high school will be hosting the second KDHE vaccination clinics during school hours. First and second COVID-19 vaccination doses will be available. If you would like your student to get vaccinated at this clinic, please fill out a parent consent form for your student to turn in to the nurses at the vaccination clinic on Wednesday. Parental consent will be required for first and second doses, even if one was already provided for the first dose. Vaccinations will not be administered to students under the age of 18 without a consent form. Wednesday’s vaccination clinics will also be open to parents and staff with no appointment needed.

On Friday, August 27, the middle and high school hosted a KDHE vaccination clinics during school hours (8:30-10:30 am) for students 12 years or older. If parents wanted their student to get vaccinated at this clinic, they filled out a 
parent consent form for students to turn in to the nurses at the vaccination clinic on Friday. Vaccinations are not administered to students under the age of 18 without a consent form. Friday’s vaccination clinics was also be open to parents and staff with no appointment needed.

LOCATION CHANGE: The July 20 clinic will be moved to Seaman Middle School. 

Walk-in vaccination clinics will be offered at all Shawnee County schools. Eligible individuals can go to any facility listed at their convenience.

No appointment necessary. Open to all community members.

In addition to our walk-in clinic, Seaman High School will be hosting their 2nd dose clinic on May 27, 2021. This is a follow-up to our May 6 clinic.
