Beginning next school year, Mr. David Ralph will be the new principal at Northern Hills Elementary School. Mr. Ralph will succeed Ms. Darter as she transitions to a building leadership role at Logan Elementary School.

“We are excited to continue working with both Ms. Darter and Mr. Ralph in their new capacities within the district as they work together in this transition,” said Superintendent Dr. Steve Noble. “Mr. Ralph has been in the Seaman community for many years and he has demonstrated high performance as a building leader. I’m also extremely grateful to Ms. Darter sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience in building administration with us and look forward to the impact she will continue to make in our school community.”

Mr. Ralph started his USD 345 career at Seaman High School in 2007 as a teacher. He moved on to become assistant principal at Logan Elementary and served this past year as coordinator for Family Choice Remote Learning. Mr. Ralph is excited for the new opportunity and what the future holds for our district.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the students, staff and families at Northern Hills,” said David Ralph. “I look forward to fostering relationships as we build on strengths and provide engaging and relevant learning opportunities for our students to continue a tradition of excellence in USD 345.”
